From the look of the 17s the off set is probably like 40 something

the guy i got em off said the 8s were +33 and 7s were +36

but he wasnt 100% sure

do u measure from where the bead seats on the rim or the very edge of the rim?

this says hub mounting surface to the inboard flange, the the inboard flange is where the bead seats of the rim,

but then it says to measure it to the ground

and seems like you need to have no tyres on them either, unless its stretched - so the lip is on the ground without the tyre touching
