  • Today I did 2 sets of 10 at 135, 1 set at 155, 1 at 185, 1 at 205, 1 set of 6 at 225 then 2 reps at 245. 10 perfect pushups between each set. Then incline, decline and flys of course

                    10 min warm up on the step thing

                    crunches and crunch/trunk rotations 3x20 each circuit style

                    then weights circuit style
                    1 set of 10 incline with 35lbs
                    1 set of 10 hammer curl with 20lbs
                    1 set of 10 decline with 35lbs
                    1 set of reverse cable curl with 35lbs

                    then 8 @ 40
                    10 @ 20
                    10 @40
                    10 @40

                    then 6 @45
                    10 @20
                    6@45
                    6@45

                    then 4 @50
                    10@20
                    4@50
                    4@50

                    the I do drop sets whatever I can lift for a solid 6

                    Then I get a medicne ball and do a pushup\hold till exhaustion
                    then I get a arobic ball and do the same

                    then 10 min run

                    that all takes about 45-1hr including about 5-10 mins of stretching

                        I figured, at my peak I was doing what I just said but +40lbs for the chest stuff and 20lbs for the arms. I also did dips, pullups, one other chest exercise, and 20 mins on the cardio rowing machine.

                        Oh well I should be back there by the end of the summer or so, I've been adding about 5 lbs to my chest exercises ever other week.

                        At the end of this month I'll be back to flat bench and flys, should be doing 65lbs for my peak and possibly finish at 80lbs for the month if I stick to it.

                            • im just messing around haha i couldnt bench the Olympic bar when i started working out. and had a rough time curling 15lb dumbbells lol i started from the very bottom.
