replace my rear tires. Im also bringing the receipt from when I had my tires mounted on the wheels. but they never made it on the car, so I wasnt able to bring it by a certified inspection center

yea pretty much. this state is fucked for inspection stuff. I have pics of wheels/tires, pics of broken car, receipt from tire shop. If thats not enough. they can get fucked.
