I need some wheel help.

My current wheel specs are 15x6 et 42 with a 195/65 R15

I just went out and measured, and I have 1.5" in the front and 2" in the rear to be flush with the fenders and the quarters.

So I am thinking decent wheel specs will be 16x8 front et 25ish and 16x9 rear et 25ish. I have no idea what tire sizes to run. I want some stretch, but not ridiculous stretch.
