When I think of lifting I think of the compound pulley system.
The weight\weights are the object you are lifting (obviously).
Your tendons are the ropes (or belts) which has a tension limit/strength.
Your joints are the pulley.
And your muscle is the puller.
Any weak point after the puller and before the object will equal failure, possibly catastrophic.Dude... My nissan has like a v8, man.
