OK. I know a 16 year old girl. She turns 17 in a few weeks, and her godfather has offered her his 3 year old Toyota Yaris, immaculate condition, free of charge. He said he'd pay for the first set of mods as well, and her parents said they'd pay first 6 months insurance.
She refused.

If she turned it down for that reason then yes, good for her, but I'm pretty sure she didn't. She had a dog for christmas and can't even manage to feed the poor thing every day. I'm on the verge of kidnapping it.
