So he's like, we're changing to from casual to full time. Im thinking sweet, thats an automatic 20% of my wage gone. Then he tells me they want to move me back to dayshift, in the middle of the city, which would mean I'd have to use public transport (Which is fucked in melbourne) in peak hours, and I would lose my night shift loading rate aswell.... Less money again.

He told me to think about it, Im gonna tell him to shove it. I spoke to him today about giving me more money if he wanted me to do it, he went on about how I would get my nights back and I could pick which days I wanted off, and how I would get to have a social life...

Motherfucker Ill do what I want when I want when Im not making money. Apparently I will get more time to do thing I want, But I get less money to do it... Fucking ridiculous.
