again true, but the majority of overweight people i see out on the street or talk to as friends feel very low about their actual appearance, and seem incapable of doing something about it to make themselves feel better. they write lists to do, buy gym memberships, everything, but in the end do nothing but waste money of fad-diets.

those that are happy as they are look healthy at the weight they are. someone with a bit of meat on their bones can be more beautiful than a 'healthy' weight person if they believe in themselves.
