glue rubber hose to por 15 painted area

Scuff the POR15 with a scotch brite pad then try it again. POR can be tough to make things bond do it.

Also, scuff the hose, then clean the scuffed areas with a cleaner than doesn't leave a residue. Then apply your gluing agent and have at it.

it bonded, just took forever and I have little patience
