When my uncles side of town got flooded, his Mustang that he was restoring got fuuuucked up. Some guy bought it, and he bought a, I think, 99 civic. It was blue on white RGs. He had it for like a week or two, and some guy rolled buy and wanted to buy it. It sold.

ok I went to look at the ballast because I could have sworn mine look different than the ones I showed you.
I was right I have the slim ballast, and it says they are digital right on them.

also when I say flicker, I mean more like its pulsing.
