I've heard it's great quality, plus I've seen APR responses to forum posts talking about an issue someone had and their customer service seems to be great.

The whole point of stages is that there's certain mods required to be able to 'get' or 'have' that stage flash. Like stage 2 on audi's is most often an upgraded exhaust + a new flash.
