HIDs are not for ricers at all.

remove fenders, lights, front bumper
install fender brace
Mod fender and wire harness
coat some shit in por15
install HIDs
yellow out fogs
put the fenders back on, install jdm bumperlights
and thats another stage done

Polish the lips, and white centers, give both a few coats of clear, and there will be no rust.
