Before SoWo:

Wheels
Interior re-wrap
Trailing Arm Bushings
Motor Mounts
-----
Before H2Oi
New Seats
New Steering wheel
Replace pretty much every bushing that needs replacing
Intake
Exhaust (might do a muffler delete for SoWo)
Probably a different set of wheels.
Shave the rear wing, "Acura" badge

And beyond that, anything that comes up along the way.
