my wife is 5'4" (im 6')and she some how manages to take up the ENTIRE bed and i wake up with with about 8% of the queen size matress

unless she had a double duvet, I feel for you man. my landlady (student accommodation) refused to give us double beds because she 'didn't want our boyfriends and girlfriends taking advantage of the house'.
