do you eat bad or is it hereditary?

Neither really. I eat fairly well, but was eating 3 eggs every morning. I've always had high cholesterol though, when I was 12 or so mine was close to 300. The recent diagnosis is because I had my first physical since highschool football and I'm old enough now that I should start to care about my health a little.
