VW's have a rep for falling apart and having electrical problems.
BMW makes good motors but are expensive to repair, even basic shit.
Audi is just an expensive VW.




well it sounds like you have some body issues which have nothing to do with the car falling apart, your rear struts are blown? But aren't they aftermarket? And you need a new throwout bearing which costs all of 30 bucks. Am I missing anything?

I replaced the rear struts, throw out bearing is a fucking WHORE to replace in your driveway, paint just seems to be falling off the damn car, window trim pieces are nothing close to black, bushings are shot, motor mounts are done, steering is making an awful whining sound when turning left. When you get on it, there is a sometimes a delay in power then it finally kicks in (longer than usual like a whole second sometimes), the car is a fucking POS.

I see whats going on here, you're trying to make this into a project car but your funds are extremely limited AND you don't really want the car.
Do yourself a favor and either fix the MECHANICAL crap or just sell it and buy something cheaper with lower miles on it (a civic).
I would just keep it and repair all the mechanical shit, it doesn't sound like it needs that much.
