Please tell me the bottom 30-pin connection cut out can work with aftermarket/bulkier plugs. I'm assuming it would be because the rest of the cut outs have large tolerances.

Tolerances are acrually pretty slim to non (down to .001"). But this case was desighned to work with ANY aftermarket chargers and ANY headphones!
