If you car fails the safety test in Ontario you can just go back, prove that the work needed was done. Then it automatically passes. I'll just show them the new pads and recipt then it will be certified.

And don't worry I'm not retarded. I'm not going to drop money into upgrades until my car is running perfect. Right now the brakes are the only issue. They work, just not great.

I laugh at people who have an aftermarket exhaust the the car is just beat to fuck and rattles constantly. No point in upgrading a broken car IMO.
