So, say I get this E46 sooner rather than later. What kind of coilovers would you guys suggest?

i have gc/koni and they handled the abuse beautifully but im bottommed out and no adjusters out back and there is still more to be desired.

i think the SWZC measuring stick is to long.

Don't get DDM's. They're awful. That is the extent of my coilover knowledge regarding bmw's.

Dude! You can slam the fuck out of your car on Moton suspension and thousands of E46's run them on E46fanatics.
I know they are slightly higher in price than RaceLand coils, but its not too bad. Plus they ride a bit better!

look in to BC racing.

lots of bmw drifters run bc racing. 1k for rebound adjustable shocks w/ custom spring rates and adjustable strut bodies is a hell of a deal

Well do they slam on E46s? I know on some applications they don't go that low, which is why I ask. I know B&G's can provide the drop I need, but they also cost more.

They do go pretty low!
But not as low as moton.
