Dave would it be a bad idea to cut some coils off stock e30 springs?

I wouldnt do it. but im really big on 2 slogans "do it right the first time, or dont do it at all" and "go big or go home" lol

if hes trying to get low for cheap i would look into coilover sleeves. not the best, but safer than cutting out coils. you gotta remember that the suspension is what actually keeps you in control of the vehicle. otherwise your driving around in a 3000 pound murder machine

haha yea i was just wondering his clutch pedal went dead until i added more brake fluid and tightened a bolt so i think hes looking into springs but we were just gunna see it slammed lol

make sure he stays on top of the clutch issue. if theres a leak somewhere, he should fix that shit first before modding it

yea i told him to watch it i think its fixed though there was a nut on the front of the master cylinder that was loose and i tightened it and this hissing noise stopped so i just told him to watch it

i have two dilemmas on my hands, some help would be appreciated

1. My new wheels show a lot of brake, and they are "brake dust" colored right now, so i want ot paint them, but i have mixed feelings about painted brakes, so im thinking gloss black, thoughts?

2. Everytime I'm about to purchase air ride parts, some deal comes my way on something else i want. So its either start buying air ride or, springfield armory XD9M 9mm sub-compact

Good stuff. Do they have the free ipod with any mac now? I would wait for that before you get anything. They should be starting that (maybe they already are) within a few weeks. I wish I would have got the macbook pro. I got the white one, then two days later they cam out with the 15' macbook pro for like $100 more then the white one. I was pissssssed.
