Sometimes when we are wetsanding primer we go through in spots. Not to worry, we usually just spritz it with some self etch, seal it, then lay base and clear.

Just make sure it is completely smooth. I would sand it all with 180 grit paper using the appropriate sanding blocks. On large flat areas, your going to want to use a large sanding block, always try and use a sanding block when possible, except around tight spots. If you just use the paper in the palm of your hand it is going to make it wavy.Originally posted by HouseOf1817 View Post
You shouldn't have to take it all the way down to metal, just make sure it is smooth and flat and hit the sand through metal spots with some self etch and you'll be good. The better you do this, the less Maaco has to fuck up.Comment
