It was from the Korean channel. KBS World. They usually have a documentary show that films a certain theme for 3 days. This one was about Korean immigrants living in NY.

I started going 2 years ago. First had training sessions with a trainer, now I do stuff independently. I was a bit scared off at first then I said "meh, what's the worst that could happen?" So now I go everyday.
