Well type, we did something similar in my house in some rooms, the floors are heated/cooled really really awesome. But yeah its the well system, works amazingly well.

I really don't. The Chinese army is huge, and god knows what weapons they have that we don't know about, if there is 1 war I never want to happen, its when the Chinese team up with the North Koreans. That would undoubtedly be a nuclear war, a war that has a strong possibility of destroying the world as we know it.
