From my point of view, SW + CiB are alright, compared to say SW + Illest Stance.

been taking one of those mutli vitamin packs from GNC. So its like 5 different pills, so it just covers the gamut of stuff. It makes me pee neon after my body metabolizes it.

I only ever lurk over there, and I only look at their photography forum, its an awesome section.

But yeah some guys over there (and over here), go over the top, and believe that they are better than everyone, or talk a lot of shit to people. I've heard some bad things said on both sides, I've said some bad things from hearing what other people say about me (I didn't pick sides), but yeah, I'm rambling. Just gunna stop now.

I am also (lactose intolerant that is)....haven't had issues with the pills im taking. I've also finally cut cheese out of my diet completely (which was the last hold out, i love cheese)
