15 People lost so far, 60 still missing.
The power of the river is just immense. It was basically a 9 metre wall of water flowing hundreds of kilometres towards the coast... as much as you wanted to get out, to help.. to move.. you just couldn't. We had little/ no warning.

Time to start the clean up... Us Aussie's are great at many things, but banding together is our greatest quality IMHO.
