I have no idea when the clutch was last done, while I'm down there, might as well replace the clutch and throw a "Stage 2" clutch in there. This would happen right now. FML.Originally posted by Dudermagee View PostPain in the ass for a $30 part, when was the clutch done?
I would do a tranny flush and fill first
then when It gets warmer I would do it
Great... First time I will ever be cracking a tranny open...Originally posted by Average_Jerk View Posttrue story. such a cheap part. so little fun to do- Kielan (Key-lin)

You dont have to open the tranny. The bearing is between the trans and the engine, so you just have to separate them.Originally posted by Kielan View PostI have no idea when the clutch was last done, while I'm down there, might as well replace the clutch and throw a "Stage 2" clutch in there. I'm boosting, remember?Originally posted by Average_Jerk View Postbut seriously. if you arent going to do any performance mods, theres no need for a performance clutch
That's what I meant, thanks for being so analytical Mike!Originally posted by M.Burroughs View PostYou dont have to open the tranny. The bearing is between the trans and the engine, so you just have to separate them.

ah, forgot about that. ACT HD-SS imo is a great setup for a mildly modded teg that is daily driven.Originally posted by Kielan View PostI'm boosting, remember?
