I was gonna wait till like the 3rd gen Ipad comes out, if they ever make it, to use it as a screen in the car and be able to control the audio/visual department through it.

There is a Droid tablet out now, its not the best but it is pretty damn awesome.

The major attention grabber of the iPad is that it syncs with iTunes which most people have on their computers these days, and it is their source of media management. If the Droid can produce a similar program one that is just as easy to use, and has a better feature set (and there are several areas that I can think of off the bat that they could do better than iTunes), then I really think they could produce an awesome product and one that really could compete with Apple in the handheld media market.
