My dad has known the owner for about 20 years. The catch is, the shop foreman has only been there for about a year (so he has no personal experience with my family and I), but I'm still getting a pretty good deal on the price for all the work they have to do. Almost every panel has hail damage and/or door dings that needs to be fixed.

imo, drop by one day and buy the shop lunch. that will get them to work harder and do a better job on your car. also will make you a priority over the guys that didnt buy them lunch
