      User titles are different than User Groups earned by post count.

            I know, I just think it's cool when people earn a title... brings some merit to it... if you allow anyone to do it, it's just like another sig... but if someone sees "The German" well we know it's the german...frankly, i don't really care.. I'm just saying people enjoy things more when they earn it vs. having access to just do it.
