i speed less at night since i can't tell which cars or cops/see them hiding.

MD has a no chase for motorcycles speeding. Most of the time cops won't bother us unless someone is doing something blatantly stupid (wheelies or other crazy stuff we aren't cool with).

He was in front of me. I actually came up a bit too quick so he got in front of me and then started slowing down.

He told me during the day to keep 10-15 over the speed limit only but at night to have it since no one is out. I think he may have rode too.

His very first mistake, "I'm assuming you were speeding". I didn't say anything, but as soon as he said no warning, no ticket I was good.
