My buddy has it and we use it all the time in the body shop. Its nice for taking apart things under the hood. bumpers, interior, and anything that doesn't require a lot of torque, but is generally a bitch to do by hand. Its a time saver if you work flat rate. If I get everything I want cordless, I'll get a battery or 2 extra so I always have a full charged one on hand.

Its cold in our apartment too. The thermostat is in the warmest room, so when it is set to 70 degrees its 70 in that room, but 62 degrees everywhere else. Building fail.
