let me educate u..

chronique fatigue => u risk falling asleep during ur daily routing (like eating soup, driving car)

apnea => u fail to breath more then 5 times an hour, and u wake up abruptly (hence the tiredness)

do you know if you wake up with apnea? i sometimes wake up suddenly during the night but not often. more so when the cat sleeps on my bed, ill wake up alot during the night, not really abruptly though.
