Nice house Chris. I just finished up my first time homebuyers online class the other day so now I'm eligible for a 15k grant to buy a house.

Only problem is you can't put it towards homes in a flood plane which is all fin and dandy, but 70% of the city is in a fucking flood plain and the other 20% is homes 150k+

Fucking shit. Just waiting to see what else comes on the market. My Realtor said we might start seeing more houses come up on the market now that spring is here and sellers can make the outside look nicer for potential buyers. We'll see. I'm not in any huge hurry.
