Morning all.

Good morning everyone.

Working on the south side of Atlanta today, and I get off at 4. Then I have to get back home on the north side, which is usually a nightmare with traffic, but its gonna be 100x worse today because of the fucking NCAA Final Four, the concerts tonight, and the Braves game.

Every MkV looks like every other MkV. I have yet to see a decent build thread for one that goes beyond some reupholstered plaid interior, bags, and wheels.

In case it wasn't obvious, I really don't care for VW's.

So I think that it's officially time to drag out the M3. Supposed to be sunny today and tomorrow, then rain like hell for the next 5 days while staying in the 50's.

Yeah. My new work house start Sunday (sigh) and I'll be working weekends for the next 4 months but I'll have Tuesday and Wednesdays off (sigh). Gonna try and get my tires taken off this Wednesday so I can take the faces off my wheels and get to polishing the lips.

As much as I want to widen them, no way in hell that's happening since I'll be buying a house here pretty shortly.

I was going to do a lot of "moving things around" to buy go-fast stuff for the M3... but since I've wanted to buy a house, that all went out the window.

Pretty much. I went to the bank to get pre-approved for a loan and the loan officer (who I know, used to work for his dad) says, "you've been living at home and don't have much of anything saved up."

To which I reply, "I have expensive hobbies."

I don't think he was amused.

I hope I can get my Prelude featured somewhere, someday. I feel like that would be gratifying after all the work/money I've poured into it. Maybe after I paint it and finish up the little bits.
