    • OZ Futuras, OZ Pegasus, RSs, LMs, SSR FM, Panasport LM8b, Autostrada Monza

Some of those may not fit if the centerbore on the Crown is 73mm

        • Panasports are too weak specs, they need re-building and I have no money

Also google informs me that the center bore is 67.1, so they all should fit

Just the one lol. We've decided to pull our offer on the first house I showed you guys, they just want too much for a house with no garage and a gravel driveway.

              • how long you been looking?

i spent over a year before i bought my current place

and when i was still looking for houses i saw 10 or 12 places

i've also found that houses that need a lil work (diy) are sold for a lot less then spic and spam places

tho houses are relatively cheap in the states, if i c what u get for that price

rome you'll have job soon, then u can rebuild them, also flip the barrels and lips

                • Yeah I can imagine you'd have to be very picky when you are getting such a large investment as a house

Been looking for close to 4 months now, there isn't much here that really fits what I'm looking for. We want to spend around $150k, want at least 2 acres of property, and I NEED a shop to work in. Paved driveways, close to work, and relatively new (1975+) are criteria I'd LIKE to be met, but don't need really. I already commute a half hour each way every day and don't mind driving.

The last house we looked at needs some work (new doors, roof in a few years, a little TLC on the outside), but it's $18k cheaper than the one we had an offer in on. We could do a lot for that much money.

I nitpick the fuck out of things. A leaky pipe, a piece of flashing out of place, fascia board warping, paint, etc. I am incredibly picky.

                    • it's those things that bring the price down chris

dunno what a roof costs in us, but my gf's place needed a new roof (100m²) it was a roofing (dunno what it's called in english, prolly the same) roof, cheapest quote was 22K €

Truth be told, she does a lot of the "searching". She find houses, I say yes or no, then we go to look at the ones I say yes. (?I should say "we" in the fact that my dad looks at a lot of the houses with us, he's got a few years of contractor business under his belt and knows what to look for) I'm the only one on the mortgage, but I'll give her some credit- she pulls her weight when shit hits the fan.
