8 hour shifts, two days off every two weeks, and only a 10% paycut if this little program goes through.

However it won't even be a 10% pay cut for ART's like me, because I can do my annual tour one day a pay period to recoup.

I never got my talk. Just fumed about it here. And to all my industry friends. And to my girlfriend. And my other best friends.

Needless to say, I'm just going to spend the next few weeks simultaneously detoxing and applying for other gigs. Even if it's not in the automotive field, the money I'm making right now is barely a pittance when compared to similar jobs in different fields.
