I'll post a few from the listing in a minute. 1,400 square feet, built in 2000, 7 acres of property to go with it. It's off from the main roads so it's dead quiet, and it has a nice plot to build a giant garage in a few years. We're getting the refrigerator, stove, washer and drier- basically we buy a couch and move our bed, and we're in business.

4.5 of it is designated wetland, which is meh to me. Can't build on it, but I won't ever have to worry about someone else buying it from me and putting a house in my back yard. Plus, duck hunting.

You'll be sorely disappointed, it's pretty damn small. Right now it's only 15' wide and 9' deep, the back half of the garage was converted into living space (3rd pic from the top, that long hallway). Kind of sucks to not have a full-blown garage right out of the gate, but I'll make due.

The missus has already green-lighted the idea of building a garage with all the money we get from our wedding.
