Blue crab sucks shit by itself, but in a good crab cake the only crab better is King.

I'll have to try it someday. I go out and limit out by like 9am and have it shelled, cooked and in hollandaise sauce by 12. So fresh.

Blue crab is delicious, not a lot of meat for the work, but it's always fun to go to a crab house and do it up. I really really love soft shell blue crab though. NOMZ.
