I'm not really sure yet. If he buys it, he'll have a car faster than mine if he can fix and finish all the little pieces. Problem is, it's a chipped OBD-II car that cannot pass inspection short of swapping injectors and installing the OEM ECU. Lot of hassle.

Not really sure, depends on where in NY I guess. In Rochester, car thefts aren't as common as I would expect them to be, but it does happen.
