I remedied my situation by ordering food and eating it.

Damn, that's pretty sexy, haha. I like it. For me, I would take a different approach though. I wouldn't drift it, I would build it completely from the ground up. All the way to disconnecting the chassis and subframe to coat the underside of the car in rust inhibitant, that's how far I would go to restore it. Would take a few years to do everything I want, but I'd do it, because I've always wanted a really nice Japanese sports car. Rebuilt engine, I'd really think things through.

Cars are meant to be enjoyed, drifting is just that. No point restoring a car that doesn't need restoration.

Repainting the underbody and changing all the bushes would take 1 week max.

Yup, those aren't the only things I'd do though, but I see your point. Coating the underbody would take only a day if you really kept at it, stayed on track. But there's the preparation involved in actually stripping the car down to that point as well. I'd want to drift it, but I don't think the S14 would be intended for that. Not that I'm trying to be different, but you always see S-chassis cars being drifted. Not that that's a bad thing, but I'd actually think it would be refreshing to see an S-chassis car being driven, not abused, you know. I'd love to be the owner of that car.
