Yeah. I just want another project. Instead of dumping money into wheels and other fun stuff this summer I'll be putting it into clutch, timing belt, bushings, shit like that. Car has almost 92,000 miles on it, 40k of which it was lowered 25k of that being slammed. Since I'm saving for a house and don't have the money for another car, I need to start doing all the little things to keep it on the road.

My brother has an NB miata with a hardtop and the guy he bought the car from has an NA miata he wants to get rid of as well. I wanted to pick that up, hardtop it, wheels, coils, the usual.

I just don't have the money. I make a good wage at my current job, but I pay almost $500 a month for school loans. Tack on all the other costs of living and it all adds up rather quickly. I have 2 g's in the safe in bonds but I want those for the house. My tax return I'm going to use to pay off my credit card. I just want to be debt free minus my school loans. I'm almost 25. As lame as it sounds it's time to start using my money a little more wisely.

That's good that you're coming into financial sensibility at 25. Some people don't pick it up until much later.
