Dude, we're just open about our alcohol. People here (for the most part) are so conservative it's crazy.

when i was in london for a bit i couldnt find any 'bottleshops' just the grocery stores they have. which i was lucky to find some jd cans which i grabbed all of em lol.

and i found some jim beam cans in germany which were awesome.

smaller than out 375ml cans, mustve been 300ml can as i think that was there standard can size, and about 9 or 10%

i had like 2 cans and i was tipsy lol

Very 'tight' or narrow view of thinking. Some wouldn't say so, but that's how I personally view it.

It just takes a little while to find the right group that you can hang out with and aren't the norm of uptight christians who view underage drinking, and heavy drinking, sex, etc. as bad. People in general just aren't as laid back, and are way too concerned about how they're viewed by the public and their peers.

I know it sounds like I'm bashing on 'muricans, but it's just a different scene. I've only been to the east coast a couple times, and that was much different.

Oh, and we're the only country with drive through bottle'os that I know of haha, love it.
