Trying to establish a wheel lip manufacturing contact

If this contact is affordable and can do what I need in a higher quality than the local guy, then I'll need to find a good alloy welder to do the welding for me. I have a couple of friends in mind that can do alloy welding pretty good. Also need to set up a wheel splitting lathe for welded alloy wheels.

I have a jig design in mind if I can't find a lathe big enough to accept the wheel size, just need someone to make it for me.

They just seem small behind those wheels for something with 1100 hp.
