I don't remember a lot about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but they put me all the way under and apparently I was flirting with the nurses when they were trying to wake me up afterward.

Then I told my mother that I was 'totally fine' to drive home. (I was 17 at the time, well before I'd even tried a sip of alcohol or done anything harder)

When I got home, I refused the Vicodin they gave me, because I was worried that I'd like it too much and use it more than intended. So I laid in bed for a couple of days like a boss. And by "laid in bed like a boss," I mean I was rolling around in my bed in utter agony, due entirely to stubbornness and a lack of interest in drugs.

Thank god that lack of interest disappeared. Still won't touch pills, though.
