I would never buy a salvaged car unless it was wicked cheap and I was just gonna flip it or part it out

I didn't get to check the car out because of school but my dad did. It's a 97 M3 with 73K miles on it, everything is bone stock and from what my dad told me the car is in fantastic shape. It was apparently hit in the driver's side rear and repaired by a BMW specialty shop. He said the car is straight as an arrow and "the car was like a time capsule" since it was so nice.

The guy said he would take $8,500 for it.

edit: the car also drove great from what I was told.

Won't buy salvaged title cars ever.

Definitely wouldn't pay $8.5 salvaged title e36.
