Im going some work on E46, 1) front drive shaft was broken so i had to change that.. so i went out for finding right tool to remove the big nut.. didn't find right socket so i had to buy wrench of 36mm to make my self a tool..

I got it done and well i broke the 'torque arm'.. so i had to make the tool stronger to get the nut off..

here is pic of the tool..



I welded the socket to the torque arm and the torque arm to leftover wrench.
