07's are nice, plus you don't have to worry about being stuck with 17's or larger to clear brakes like on an STI. I'd ask about when the timing belts were changed, they should have been at 100k and also look for valve cover gasket leaks and check for any signs of the turbo seals leaking into the exhaust.

My check engine light is always on. When people get in, I just tell them it's stock like that and go about my day.

those were factory upgraded 4 pistons introduced in 06. with only 30k in it you should be fine. If you get it I'd say go get one of those clear front vinyl's, Subaru paint in notoriously weak. besides that you shouldn't have any problems unless you plan on pushing more power out of it.
