It's completely retarded. The only reason I wish I was still in the military is that I could register all my vehicles in FL. No emissions, no problem. Plus they were good to military when it came to registration fees.

yea historic is ridiculous. but makes tags cheap , no emissions. There's a lot of people that abuse it.
My car would pass a MD state inspection hands down, and emissions. but why spend like $400 every 2 years if i don't have to ?

I take that back because i just put 20% on the windows. so no it wont pass MD insp.
