My situation probably seems like its nothing, but...

I knew her in college, but only barely. She was out of my league. Out of desperation over the last thousand rejections I start talking to her. We talk a lot, hours a night for a few days. She sends me some very nice pictures.

So I decide to actually ask her out, then she tells me she's actually kinda seeing someone and she really likes him and that she's sorry

If she was sending you pictures (as you say), she needs to gtfo and offer you a courtesy suck. That's ridiculous.
