Nah man, the business was a free standing separate building. The city said it must be knocked down and re constructed before it's inhabitable or able to host people in there.

Yeah it is, but it will take over a year and I don't own the actual building, I'm just a tenant.

So it's a bit complicated because if the owner of the land says he wants to build a strip mall I can't really say no
